Responsibilities
The client enters into the partnership with the understanding that he/she is responsible for achieving their own results. As such, reFIND Life does not guarantee results of coaching.
The client is solely responsible for all decisions, actions and feelings. Certified nutrition practitioners and/or coaches are not licensed physicians or doctors. The information in this program is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any illness or disease. If you have any concerns, you are directed to consult your medical doctor.
Likewise, certified coaches are not licensed therapists, and therefore the coaching partnership should not be misconstrued as any form of psycholocigal counselling or therapy.
Confidentiality
The client understands that information will be held as confidential unless stated otherwise by the client, in writing, except as required by law. The client understands that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training and/or quality purposes.
In group contexts, confidentialtiy within the group is based on mutual trust and respect. Personal information may be volunteered by participants and, as such, confidentiality is a shared responsibility of all participants.
Supplemental Materials
Much of the personal development in the coaching engagement happens between sessions through offline work. As such, there may also be readings, assessments and/or materials that may be recommended to enhance the learning and further enable the coaching process. The cost of supplemental materials may vary, and will be the responsibility and discretion of the client.
Booking Policy
In the event that a one-on-one coaching session needs to be rescheduled, 24 hour advance notice via email is required to avoid forfeiting that appointment without refund. Exceptions may be considered for personal emergencies. Lack of preparation does not qualify as a personal emergency. Clients will be limited to one (1) cancellation throughout the course of the 12 week program.
Termination
In the case of prepayment, refunds are available upon termination, with the exclusion of expenses incurred by reFIND Life, including, but not limited to, administrative setup, resource materials, and/or shipping. If any terms of the coaching partnership are not satisfactorily met per the agreed contract, both parties reserve the right to renegotiate and/or terminate if necessary.
