PHASE 1. CLARITY

It's hard to make progress when the way forward is not clear. The first step is to know where you are right now and where you are heading. Part of the answer is found in recognizing where you have come from. In this phase, we'll clear up any Identity Crisis — for you AND your business. We'll dig deep to answer those existential questions: Who am I? and Why am I?

Discipline is best described as deliberate habits. That means you do what you tell yourself to do — consistently.
