Responsibilities

The client enters into the partnership with the understanding that he/she is responsible for creating their own agenda and achieving their own results. As such, reFIND Life does not guarantee results of coaching.

The client is solely responsible for all decisions, actions and feelings. Certified coaches are not licensed therapists, and therefore the coaching partnership should not be misconstrued as any form of psychological counselling or therapy.

Confidentiality

The client understands that information will be held as confidential unless stated otherwise by the client, in writing, except as required by law. The client understands that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training and/or quality purposes.

Supplemental Materials

Most of the learning in the coaching engagement happens between sessions through offline work. As such, there may also be readings, assessments and/or materials that may be recommended to enhance the learning and further enable the coaching process. The cost of supplemental materials may vary, and will be the responsibility and discretion of the client.

Booking Policy

In the event that a coaching session needs to be rescheduled, 24 hour advance notice via email is required to avoid forfeiting that appointment without refund. Exceptions may be considered for unplanned personal emergencies. Clients will be limited to three (3) cancellations throughout the course of a 6 month program.

Termination

In the case of prepayment, refunds are available for termination of remaining sessions only. If any terms of the coaching partnership are not satisfactorily met per the agreed contract, both parties reserve the right to renegotiate and/or terminate if necessary.
